Party Cart This is a tough project for me. While I was working on it I was completely in love with it, and it was hard to hear the semi-negative response from people when it was all done (I've got thicker skin now). It was really two different projects in the end, they are nice apart from eachother, but as you'll see they don't go together very well. ![]() In this image you see the party cart- a ride on vehicle with all sorts of slits and slots that can accept pieces of cardboard and cardboard tubes, allowing kids to turn the cart into whatever they want it to be easily, with stuff that they have on hand. I like this as a concept, but there was another part to it... ![]() There was also a line of monsters that kids could construct and place over the party cart. I designed about 50 of these monsters. As toys themselves, the monsters are alright, interesting cardboard sculptures. On top of the cart however, they look awkward. ![]() some of the monsters... ![]() ![]() a lot more of the monsters...they look ok on their own. ![]() There were also illustrated cards to go with each monster. These I still like. ![]() Check out this section to see the names of all of the creatures. |
